Functional Characteristics:
The machine adopts computer control, CCD photoelectric tracking correction system, and the winding tension is controlled by Danma servo motor through PLC touch screen to realize automatic tension control. Unwinding tension is controlled by pneumatic brake (cooperating with Japanese SMC pneumatic proportional valve) and automatic tension control. The rewinding shaft adopts an inflatable shaft. The driver controls the working speed of the whole machine and is equipped with automatic meter counting device, automatic winding warp calculation and display, unwinding setting winding warp automatic shutdown and other functions. It has the advantages of smooth incision, neat winding end surface, and easy follow-up processing.
