Product Description

Shine Straw's Paper Straw Machine is fully compatible with high speeds at rated straw speeds of 120 meters per minute. Continuous production is possible with a 3-layer automatic rewinding device with automatic splicing, which has been specially developed for the production of pipes with a very small diameter (3-12 mm). A precision binding station for precise and clean application of adhesive.  

1. New structure of cutting cylinder. Easier to adjust air cylinder travel when changing different diameter mould.
2. Full sets servo motor for cutting system moving left & right, supporting roller and cutting knifes.
3. Automatic paper roll connecting function bracket.
4. Glue heating and recycle function glue station.
